Ingredients: (Use organic wherever possible)

• 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

• 8 soft dates, pitted

• 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

• 1 tbsp vanilla extract

• 1 tbsp coconut oil

• 1-2 tbsp raw cacao powder or carob

• few fresh raspberries for garnish

Combine the first six ingredients in a food processor, blending until smooth and creamy.

Serve in a pretty glass with raspberries for garnish. Enjoy!
