Immune Boosting Ginger Tea

Ingredients:

  • 5-6 cups water
  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger root
  • 1/2 fresh lemon, sliced
  • 1-2 tbs raw honey

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring water and ginger to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Pour into pitcher. Add lemon and honey to taste. Enjoy!
